Carol Sherman is special counsel in the firm's New York office. She focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, including SEC reporting and compliance, equity and debt offerings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Sherman has experience representing issuers in initial and secondary public offerings; public and private issuers in private placements of equity and debentures; public companies in SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ compliance and corporate governance work; and investment funds that invest in public and private companies.
