Caroline F. Turcotte represents large national companies in multi-state employment law litigation. In her practice, Caroline defends clients in state and federal courts, and before various administrative agencies, on matters including:

Caroline has experience counseling employers on employment related issues and works directly with in-house counsel and human resources partners to assess risks and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and to develop litigation and defense strategies. Caroline also has represented clients in a variety of civil and commercial litigation disputes, breach of contract matters, tort claims and land use matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline served as counsel at a full-service, international law firm in Boston. Previous to that, she served as a law clerk to Justice Francis X. Flaherty of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and to Judge William E. Smith at the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
