Caroline Iovino is of counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on product liability defense, construction defect, and first and third party insurance defense.

Caroline has represented large product manufacturers against product liability and toxic tort lawsuits, including asbestos, tobacco, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She has also defended insurance carriers with coverage disputes, death and disability, property and casualty, professional liability, auto negligence, premises liability, negligent security and construction.

Caroline received her J.D., cum laude, from the Stetson University College of Law.Caroline is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association and the Dade county Defense Bar Association. She is also the former Chair of the Florida Bar Code and Rules of Evidence Committee.

Caroline is admitted to practice in Florida.
