I am a Partner independently handling high exposure, diverse case load involving catastrophic injuries for national distributors and manufacturers of products, well-known contractors, building owners and private entities running city based programs. These claims arise in products liability, personal injury, Labor Law, premises security, construction defect, negligent supervision and hiring. I also have experience with age discrimination lawsuits, D&O liability claims, FINRA arbitrations and national insurance companies in coverage actions. I manage all aspects of a case from inception through trial, including witness interviews, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, contract interpretation, negotiating settlement agreements, analyzing documents for relevance, privilege and proprietary information, and drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements. I also research complex areas of law to counsel clients and suggest future litigation and corporate strategy. I have independently handled claims from inception through jury selection and assisted the trial attorney with trying the case. I have obtained numerous favorable decisions on summary judgment as well as defense verdicts, including the dismissal of a products liability claim in the Second Circuit.
