Carolyn Cody-Jones concentrates her practice on government contracts and other complex commercial litigation matters. Ms. Cody-Jones counsels and represents clients in all aspects of complex dispute resolution, including contract disputes, civil litigation, government investigations, and bid protests. She has litigation experience in federal and state courts, before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Ms. Cody-Jones practiced construction law with a Washington, D.C., metro area firm specializing in complex civil litigation and government contracts. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Susan G. Braden of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and for the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
