Chad Burkhardt has a diverse clientele that ranges from cutting-edge high-tech, start-up and alternative-energy companies, to more traditional midstream, oil and gas and offshore drilling and services clients. He has wide experience representing companies in a variety of transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital financings and corporate finance/securities offerings, including initial public offerings.

Mr. Burkhardt also handles restructurings. Another important part of his practice focuses on SEC reporting and general securities compliance, in addition to governance and other corporate matters.
