Chad Werner

is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding, where he is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice Group. Mr. Werner’s practice focuses on representing lending institutions and corporate borrowers with a wide range of financial transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, domestic and cross-border syndicated loans, cash flow and asset-based financings, participations and syndications, project financings, subordinated debt facilities and debtor-in-possession financings.

Mr. Werner received his B.B.A. in Finance from Emory University in 1997 and obtained his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2006 where he graduated cum laude.
