I advise clients on a day-to-day basis on a variety of benefits and compensation related issues, including program design, documentation, disclosure, and administration - defined benefit pension plans; 401(k) plans; health and welfare benefit plans; excess benefit plans; general compensation plans; stock and cash-based incentive plans; and key statutes and regulations such as HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, GINA, 409A, and 162(m) compliance. I address a variety of business scenarios, propose creative alternative solutions and articulate associated risks. I am a self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and ability to handle unanticipated situations effectively.
