Charles E. Weir

Charles Weir is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Charles has extensive experience in all aspects of complex business litigation. While Charles has handled a range of business litigation matters, his civil practice focuses on securities class actions and health care litigation. Charles also has assisted numerous clients in connection with government investigations, with a particular emphasis on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters. During his career, Charles has tried multiple cases and has acted as lead counsel in numerous matters. He was named a Rising Star in business litigation by Los Angeles Magazine and Law & Politics every year from 2006 to 2013, and a Future Star in the 2012 and 2013 editions of Benchmark Litigation.
