Charles F. Carroll

Charles Carroll has more than 30 years' experience representing developers, sponsors, investors and financial institutions in the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of renewable and other energy projects and related infrastructure in the United States and abroad.

Charlie's experience includes project financings, holding company financings, tax-equity financings, single-investor and leveraged-leasing, Rule 144A offerings, Term Loan B financings, private placements, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and workouts.

As external and internal counsel for public and private corporations, Charlie has worked on initial public offerings, registered and unregistered debt offerings and periodic SEC and exchange filings and compliance.
