Charlie Florsheim is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Securities/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Charlie represents both publicly traded and privately held companies in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, entity formation and structure, contract drafting and negotiation, franchise matters (both franchisor and franchisee representation), and general corporate governance matters. He works with clients from a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, insurance and healthcare, among others.
