Charles Hieken is a Senior Principal in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice emphasizes all aspects of patents, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, related unfair competition and antitrust law. He has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in various fields and trademark applications, as well as prepared and negotiated numerous patent, trademark, copyright, and other license agreements. He has also advised on numerous copyright matters. Mr. Hieken previously served as a law clerk with predecessor Fish, Richardson & Neave (1956-1957) and in private practice (1957-1987).
