Before joining Alston & Bird, Charlie clerked for the Hon. Frank Mays Hull, Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Charlie received his J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2010, where he served as symposium editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. Charlie received a B.A. in politics and European history, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University in 2006, and served as Student Body President in 2005-2006.
