Charles Beene is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Government and Regulatory Litigation and Investigations and Criminal Litigation Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 2004.

Practice

Mr. Beene has a general litigation practice with a focus on international litigation and investigations. He has represented clients in international disputes raising issues including enforcement of foreign judgments, controversies in foreign legal systems and investor-state disputes. Mr. Beene has also represented individuals and public and private companies in civil and criminal matters before federal courts, administrative agencies and congressional committees
