Cheryl Galvin is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. She joined the firm in 2007 from Stanford Law School. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes, including trademark and patent infringement. She has represented clients in fields including Internet search, wireless communications and cellular phone technology. Cheryl has experience trying cases from their inception through their appeal in district and appellate courts across the country.
