Chris Stoneham Field

Chris Field,

a contract associate in the Silicon Valley office, is a member of the Technology Companies Group, which advises private and public technology companies, venture capital firms and investment banks. Chris focuses on high growth technology companies and venture capital funds in many areas, including corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, public company representation and technology licensing.

Prior to law school, Chris held a number of technical and management positions with a Fortune 500 computer company and a start-up company that went public and later was acquired by a network equipment company.

Before joining Orrick, Chris was a summer associate with the Venture Law Group of Heller Ehrman and with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae.
