Chris Y. Chen is engaged in a diverse corporate practice and has represented clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, high technology, entertainment, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate and marketing. He represents issuers and investors in public offerings and private placement transactions, including early- and later-stage venture capital financings and debt financings, and routinely provides advice regarding periodic SEC reporting, compliance and corporate governance matters. In addition, Chris advises clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, transactional and commercial matters, and has served as outside general counsel to a number of publicly and privately held businesses.
