Chrissy’s practice is focused on complex employment and labor litigation and employment-related counseling, investigations, and training. Her experience includes wage and hour class and collective actions and litigation of claims of discrimination (race, age, gender and disability), harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employee raiding, and trade secrets. Chrissy also provides human resources counseling; conducts, leads, and manages investigations; and conducts training for Human Resources professionals and management.

In the Los Angeles office, Chrissy is a member of the associates advisory committee. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of California and the California Supreme Court. Chrissy also has experience representing California state inmates serving life sentences in parole hearings before the California Board of Parole Hearings and in habeas proceedings.
