Christiane (“Chrissy”) Roussell is Senior Counsel, Employment at Fox Entertainment in Los Angeles. She provides human resources and employment-related counseling and training on a wide variety of issues, as well as litigates, and manages outside counsel litigating, employment matters for the company.

Outside of Fox, in addition to her service on CMCP’s Ambassadors Council, Chrissy serves on the California State Bar’s Council on Access and Fairness. She also serves as Diversity Co-Chair on the board of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA). Chrissy is a Past President (2015) of the John M. Langston Bar Association of Los Angeles. She has also served on the board of the California Young Lawyers Association, a California State Bar Section., and the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Barristers Executive Committee. In 2011, Chrissy was honored as one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the National Bar Association and IMPACT.

Chrissy is a Los Angeles native. She received her B.A. in English from Georgetown University in 2003, her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law in 2006, and her Human Resource Management Certificate from Loyola Marymount University in 2009.
