Christina Suh focuses her practice on business transactions, commercial banking, corporate finance, and securities. She advises public and private companies on matters such as financing, commercial real estate, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Christina worked as a corporate legal intern for a large international law firm in New York and as a summer associate at Tucker Ellis. She also served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Judge Joseph Bianco, a federal district judge in the Eastern District of New York.

Outside of professional activities, Christina enjoys cooking, yoga and long-distance running. She is an avid runner and marathoner.
