Christine Hopkinson

is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Hopkinson focuses on antitrust and other complex commercial litigation and has extensive experience representing clients in federal courts around the country. She was recognized in Chambers USA in 2012 and 2013 as an “Associate to Watch” for antitrust law in Georgia. She was also recognized in Super Lawyers in 2012 and 2013 as a “Rising Star” for antitrust litigation in Georgia.

She has litigated many types of antitrust claims on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, including price-fixing, tying, monopolization, and price discrimination claims among others, in both class- and non-class actions. She also provides antitrust counseling for a wide range of clients.

Ms. Hopkinson has also litigated many types of complex commercial disputes, including consumer class actions, a variety of breach of contract actions, and government contracting disputes. The clients she has represented include companies in the healthcare, advertising, telecommunications, manufacturing, and hospitality industries, as well as a variety of other fields. Ms. Hopkinson earned her J.D. from Columbia University in 2002 and a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1998. She is admitted to practice in Georgia, New York and the District of Columbia.
