Ms. Tomomatsu has a corporate and securities law practice representing private and public companies. She has represented issuers and underwriters in public offerings. She has also worked on various transactions, including private financings and mergers and acquisitions. Some of Ms. Tomomatsu's clients have included Oracle Corporation, Creative Technology Ltd., Intel Corporation and various investment banks.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Tomomatsu practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with one of the Big Four accounting firms and held various financial and accounting positions with other companies.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Tomomatsu was an associate at Venture Law Group.
