Christine H. Rogerson

Christine focuses her practice on transactional real estate work, including the acquisition, disposition, development, finance and refinance of all types of commercial real estate. She represents sellers, buyers, lenders and developers in all aspects of such transactions, including the drafting of contracts, loan documents, corporate approval documents, easements and loan workouts. She has extensive experience in retail, office and industrial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants. Her leasing practice includes significant experience with subleases, ground leases and leasehold finance, including extensive sale/leaseback work.

Christine has represented economic development authorities and other local government entities in public-private partnership transactions involving the development of shopping centers, hotels and conference centers, convention centers and recreational facilities. Her public-private development work includes advising clients with respect to economic incentive agreements and procurement issues.

She also has experience representing clients in the development, financing, purchase and sale of hotel properties, including related matters such as franchise and management agreements.
