I am Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for the B.F. Saul Company, one of the largest privately-owned real estate companies in the Washington, D.C. area focused on the ownership, development and construction of commercial real estate.

My responsibilities include service as Vice Chair of the Boards of Chevy Chase Trust and ASB Capital Management, LLC.

Formerly, I spent 27 years practicing law at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman's Washington, D.C. office; the last three years I also served as Managing Partner of the office.
