Christine P. James

Christine James focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark protection and licensing. She helps clients determine the availability of trademarks, develop and implement appropriate trademark registration programs, monitor and enforce trademark rights, and leverage the goodwill of trademarks through licensing.

Ms. James regularly advises clients embarking on extensive international trademark protection programs. She represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial an Appeal Board, and counsels, coordinates and oversees international contentions proceedings.

In 2013 and 2014, Ms. James was recommended by Legal 500 US in the area of Non-Contentious Trademark Law.
