Christopher A. Beinecke

Christopher Beinecke is a counsel in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group who focuses on the areas of compliance and administrative best practices for health and welfare benefit programs. Chris supports clients through all phases of the design, implementation and operational administration of these programs and has extensive experience with federal, state and local laws that may impact them including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), ERISA, the U.S. Tax Code, COBRA, HIPAA, the FMLA, and state and local insurance and/or administrative laws (e.g., Texas, California, the Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Act, and the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance).

Chris assists clients with the review and drafting of plan and related communication material, their administrative processes, merger and acquisition related activity and provides guidance on a very wide variety of ad hoc legal issues. Chris also assists clients with responses to government inquiries and provides representation during government investigations and audit.
