A partner in the firm’s Commercial & Public Finance, Corporate Transactions & Securities and Real Estate practices, Chris primarily focuses on advising corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, real estate investment funds, and mezzanine and other debt providers on a wide range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, liquidity lines, and mezzanine and other debt financings.

Chris’s extensive experience also includes routinely counseling clients on complex intercreditor arrangements, forbearance arrangements and out-of-court restructurings.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine in 2014, Chris was a partner in the New York office of an international law firm.
