Chris advises a broad range of clients on all aspects of land use, environmental, development, and federal and state regulatory matters. He has provided representation on multiple renewable energy, mining, and development projects and has extensive experience with NEPA, Clean Water Act, public land, and mining laws.

Chris's practice also includes large-scale residential and mixed-use development, master-planned communities, and zoning matters. He recently served as the project lead for a 7,700 acre mixed-use, master-planned community in Phoenix being developed in cooperation with the Arizona State Land Department, and he handles numerous matters for several large homebuilders.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Chris was a shareholder in the San Diego office of a large national law firm. He has also served on the executive management teams of two prominent homebuilding companies.
