Christopher E. Chalsen

Christopher Chalsen is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and head of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group.

Mr. Chalsen specializes in intellectual property law, including patent and trademark licensing, litigation and prosecution. His practice concentrates in electrical and computer-related technologies, semi-conductors, telecommunications and mechanical and medical products. Mr. Chalsen’s wide-ranging experience includes judge and jury trials, appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, representation of clients before agencies such as the United States Customs Service and International Trade Commission, arbitrations (including AAA and ICC) and all phases of patent, trademark and copyright prosecution practice in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Copyright Office.
