C.J. Voss is a partner in the firm’s Seattle office. His practice focuses on providing advice and counsel to senior management and boards of directors of public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other strategic transactions. Mr. Voss also advises entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies on business formation and founders' issues, and early stage and venture capital financings. He has worked with clients in the forest products, life sciences, software and information technology, consumer products, retail, and financial services industries, among others.
