Chris Kelly's broad practice includes representing corporations and financing institutions in diverse domestic and international corporate finance matters such as public equity and debt, Rule 144A high yield offerings, private capital raising, reorganization, restructuring, recapitalization, and acquisition transactions. He regularly advises SEC reporting companies on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange rules, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Chris is Partner-in-Charge of the Cleveland Office and also oversees the U.S. side of the Firm's Capital Markets Practice.
