Mr. Westman advises clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border employment matters. These matters include pre-employment issues, such as employment agreements and non-compete agreements; and managing global workforces through planning for terminations, including reductions in force and performance terminations. Mr. Westman also provides employment advice for global projects, such as mergers and acquisitions and codes of conduct, and handles domestic labor and employment litigation.
