Christopher Stamos, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Intellectual Property Group, focuses his practice on intellectual property rights counseling, procurement and enforcement, with special emphasis on patent portfolio strategy and development, transactional diligence, and patent and trade secret litigation. Mr. Stamos also renders patentability, non-infringement and invalidity opinions, and negotiates licenses, both in transactional contexts and in settlement of litigation. He is a key contributor to Goodwin Procter’s Founders Workbench, an online resource for start-ups, emerging companies and the entrepreneurial community.
