Christopher Y. Mills is a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Ft. Lauderdale office. He represents financial institutions, funds, businesses, real estate owners and developers with a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactional needs.
Mr. Mills has extensive experience representing lenders with originations, acquisitions, servicing and the disposition of commercial loans. He serves as corporate counsel providing regulatory advice to lenders that participate in loan programs of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Mr. Mills successfully completed the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) 504 SBA Loan Closing Course.
During law school, Mr. Mills was a clerk for Georgia Supreme Court Justice Carol Hunstein. After law school, he served a term as a staff attorney for the Georgia Senate Special Judiciary Committee.
