Clarence Webster, III is counsel in the Firm’s Jackson Office. Clarence has participated in a variety of matters in both federal and state trial courts in Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Illinois, California, Delaware, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Alabama. He has represented and advised a broad range of clients in a variety of matters, including cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, contract disputes, products liability, mass torts, commercial and residential real estate, fraud, legal malpractice, and appellate litigation.



Clarence handles commercial, product liability, mass torts, and financial services cases in federal and state forums in both Mississippi and across the country. Clarence has successfully represented mortgage companies in complex litigation involving RESPA, Regulation X, TILA, FDCPA, and GLBA claims. He has also served as co-counsel in real estate litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

Clarence has also served as national coordinating counsel for a large equipment manufacturer’s asbestos docket, overseeing litigation activities in California, Wisconsin, Delaware, Kansas, and Missouri.
