Colleen is a partner in the Jackson office and is part of the Product Liability and Casualty group. She has extensive experience in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and negligence, and has successfully litigated mass tort claims for numerous defendants over the past 11 years. She has served as counsel for companies of all sizes, from multi-million dollar corporations to family-owned businesses, and has defended her clients against thousands of silica claims obtaining dismissals for these clients through successful discovery and motion practice. Colleen argued a motion to dismiss which led to the dismissal of 2100 plaintiffs, and developed the strategy which ended future litigation for another one of her clients. Her hands-on approach to her clients ensures that they receive the best defense possible.
