Collette Goodman, a counsel in the firm’s Business Law Department, is responsible for handling and supervising a wide variety of tax matters, including corporate, international, partnership, tax exempt organization, employee benefit, estate and gift, and individual tax matters. The principal focus of Ms. Goodman’s work involves tax planning, transactional advice, and representation of clients in regulations, rulings and audit controversy matters before the IRS and the Treasury Department.
