Connor Sabatino is an associate and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Sabatino has been the lead litigator in bench trials before federal courts in both Wisconsin and Colorado, and worked on jury trials in large, complex patent litigation matters. He focuses his business litigation practice on collections law, with a particular emphasis on Wisconsin collections, garnishments, executions and other matters impacting judgment debtors and judgment creditors. His labor and employment practice focuses on employer handling of complex garnishments. Mr. Sabatino is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, IP Litigation, and Labor & Employment Practices.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Sabatino served as an intern to Justice Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and spent three years working in the Wisconsin State Assembly before entering law school.
