Corey Clay represents and counsels clients in a range of labor and employment matters, including issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as other federal and state employment-related laws. He has experience defending employers in collective wage and hour litigation and counseling employers regarding wage and hour compliance. Corey has represented clients in federal courts and in arbitrations. He has experience in all stages of litigation, including preliminary motions, electronic discovery, witness preparation, and post-hearing briefing.
Corey is a member of the board of trustees of Baldwin Wallace University. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
