Courtney Stewart concentrates in civil trial practice in federal courts with an emphasis on patent and complex commercial litigation.

Courtney's litigation experience includes all phases of discovery, claim construction briefing, summary judgment briefing, pretrial and trial work, post-trial motions and appeals.

Courtney serves on the firm-wide Pro Bono Committee and is a member of the firm's Associates Committee.
