Craig Davis is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2011.

Practice

Mr. Davis' practice focuses on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patent infringement disputes. He has represented corporate clients in the mobile phone, computer and social networking industries involving a variety of technologies, including smartphones, integrated circuits, wired and wireless Ethernet networks, mobile communications and applications, social networking infrastructures, online advertising and privacy, voice recognition, power over Ethernet and power converters. His practice has encompassed all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial procedure in state and federal court, multiple federal court trials, mediation, arbitration, post-trial motion practice, injunction proceedings and appeals.

As part of his pro bono work, Mr. Davis has provided representation at the appellate level to third parties in support of Title IX and its protections for equal access to interscholastic and intercollegiate athletics.

Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in the State of California; before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, the Eastern District of Texas, the Western District of Wisconsin and the District of Colorado; and before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Ninth and Federal Circuits.
