Craig Bloomgarden has over thirty years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout California and other jurisdictions around the county. He has extensive trial experience before judges, juries and arbitrators, including as part of our trial team that secured the largest jury verdict in the United States in 2008 following a three-month jury trial in a complex business dispute.

Mr. Bloomgarden's litigation practice focuses on contract/business tort, healthcare, insurance and environmental disputes. He has represented a wide variety of clients, including: software purchasers, developers and integrators; healthcare plans, insurers and providers; manufacturers; railroads; water utilities and agencies; and individuals.

Mr. Bloomgarden has been awarded a peer review rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He clerked for the Honorable Marianna R. Pfaelzer of the United States District Court in Los Angeles from 1983-84.
