Mr. Craig W. Murray has been Group Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, General Partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. since January 5, 2015. Mr. Murray was a Partner and Lawyer of Vinson & Elkins LLP. His primary area of practice is corporate and energy-related finance, with special emphasis on structured finance, asset securitization, and project finance. His corporate finance experience includes representing lenders and borrowers in structuring and documenting debt-financing transactions, as well as investments by banks and insurance companies. He has experience in energy finance and involved oil and gas properties in Texas, Louisiana, and all major oil and gas producing states, as well as offshore properties in the Gulf Coast. Mr. Murray was a Senior Partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston, where he focused primarily on corporate and energy-related finance, including pipeline financing. He was at Order of the Coif, Omicron Delta Kappa and Managing Editor of Louisiana Law Review. He is a Member of American Bar Association; Texas Bar Association; Houston Bar Association Faculty: State Bar of Texas continuing legal education programs on bank financing; Louisiana Mineral Law Institute; Texas Association of Bank Counsel. He served at United States Marine Corps as Captain from 1969 to 1973 (including a tour in the Republic of Vietnam in from 1971 to 1972). He was admitted to practice Texas in1976, Louisiana in 1976.
