Cristin's practice focuses on document discovery, representing corporate clients in the preservation, collection, review and production of electronic and paper documents. She has extensive experience managing large document collections and productions, including handling e-discovery for complex commercial litigation involving millions of pages of documents. Her experience involves every aspect of document discovery, such as document hold notices, search term filtering, review databases, and privilege log creation. Part of her role encompasses utilizing cutting-edge software to manage e-discovery reviews cost effectively and efficiently.

Cristin also has experience with white collar crime defense and government investigations. She has represented individuals and corporations facing investigations and enforcement actions by various state and federal government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the SEC. She has maintained a case load consisting of criminal cases including bribery, accounting fraud, bank fraud, fraud against the United States, conspiracy, and ITAR violations. She also performs internal investigations and audits, including export control compliance audits.

While earning her law degree at Quinnipiac University School of Law, Cristin was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and the recipient of the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Criminal Law, the Academic Excellence Award and the Excellence in Clinical Work Award.
