Clay Holloway focuses his practice on patent litigation covering a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, athletic footwear, technical textiles, carpet, and software systems and processes. He has prepared several briefs associated with an appeal to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and an Amicus Brief to the United States Supreme Court on Generic Drug Settlements. Mr. Holloway also argued before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and persuaded that court to favorably reverse the lower court's decision. He also served as first or second chair in patent litigation, unfair competition litigation and commercial arbitration. Mr. Holloway also works extensively with the State Department of the United States and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on child abduction cases including serving as lead counsel in an appeal to the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Holloway was recognized in 2014 and the three years prior as a Georgia "Rising Star" in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
