Dale Chakarian Turza, a former partner in the White Collar Litigation Group at Clifford Chance US LLP, has joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a partner in its Litigation Department, resident in the Washington, DC office. Specifically, Ms. Turza joins the firm's nationally and internationally renowned Business Fraud and Complex Litigation Group. Bret Campbell, formerly in the Litigation Department at Clifford Chance US LLP, has also joined the firm as Special Counsel, resident in the Washington, DC office.
Ms. Turza has extensive experience in the areas of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, economic sanctions and embargoes, commercial and arms exports controls and foreign boycotts, national security issues related to conducting business in the classified arena, and other enforcement issues related to international trade. Her practice extends to compliance, corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley issues, government investigations and enforcement actions in all of these areas. Her experience encompasses both U.S. and foreign companies and includes those registered with the SEC and doing business with the U.S. government.
