Damon O. Barry

Damon Barry advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raises, joint ventures, commercial real estate transactions, and counsels on new businesses. His clients include directors, executives, and owners of public companies, closely held companies, and others in a wide range of industries including software and technology, telecommunications, retail, gaming, e-payments, and manufacturing.

A former in-house counsel, Mr. Barry routinely advises corporate legal departments as well as serves as interim general counsel for lower- to middle -market companies.

Mr. Barry started his legal career at CSG Systems International, Inc., a publicly traded multinational corporation, and held a series of progressively responsible positions. For six years, he served as Vice President of Business Affairs, Assistant General Counsel (Deputy) and Corporate Secretary. In that role, he oversaw and advised the executive team on operational and legal aspects for an international division and managed outside counsel and the team of in-house attorneys and paralegals.

He has legal and business experience in Europe and Latin America and while based in London, advised CSG in the acquisition of its European division.
