Danica Milios focuses on appellate litigation matters in state and federal court, often beginning her involvement at the trial stage of proceedings to ensure proper error preservation and presentation of legal issues.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Milios was deputy solicitor general for the Office of the Attorney General of Texas where she represented the State of Texas, its agencies and officials in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Texas appellate courts. Ms. Milios also has extensive first chair experience and served as an intern to the Honorable John Cornyn of the Supreme Court of Texas.
