Dan manages the firm’s operations, technology and human resources across its six offices. He has a proven track record in the areas of strategy, metrics, succession planning and process improvement. Immersed in almost every endeavor for the firm, Dan is an essential member of Marten Law’s management team.

Before joining the firm, Dan led the firm-wide attorney recruiting department at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Over a ten year span at Davis, he worked in various roles for the firm including operations, professional development and human resources.

Dan earned his Master’s in Law Firm Management from George Washington University. There, he received the Dr. Stephen Chitwood Prize as the distinguished scholar of the program and a certification in Legal Lean Sigma. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College.
