Daniel L. Huynh

Daniel Huynh is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Mr. Huynh has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including Section 337 investigations pending before the International Trade Commission. His primary practice encompasses diverse technology areas such as wireless telecommunications, high-voltage transformers and debit card processing financial services.

Mr. Huynh received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, serving as a notes editor on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Steve C. Jones in Athens, Georgia. He was the 2007 winner of the J. Melvin England Mock Trial Competition and later became the tournament director. Mr. Huynh served as an executive board member for the mock trial team, and upon graduation, was selected to the National Order of the Barristers.

Mr. Huynh received his B.S. in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a Governor's Scholar, Hope Scholarship recipient and a Faculty Honors recipient.
